申請應交資料Required Documents

1. Admission Application Form (After applying in the online application system, an application form will be generated. Download, sign and upload it to the system)

2. Affidavit Form for International Students (Download, sign and upload it to the system)

3. Valid Passport (The validity period of the passport must be more than 6 months from the date of entry)

4. Graduation Diploma/Certificate (The original highest-level diploma must be translated to English or Chinese version if it is not in Chinese or English. It also must be legalized and authenticated by the ROC embassy, consulate office, or Taipei Economic & Cultural Office of the country in which the student resides. The applicants apply for bachelor’s degrees need submit their High School Diploma, the applicants apply for Master’s Degrees need submit their Bachelor’s Degree Diploma, and the applicants apply for Doctoral’s Degrees need submit their Master’s Degree Diploma)

5. Transcript of Records (The original highest-level Transcript of Records must be translated to English or Chinese version if it is not in Chinese or English. It also must be legalized and authenticated by the ROC embassy, consulate office, or Taipei Economic & Cultural Office of the country in which the student resides）

6. Chinese or English Autobiography and Study Plan

7. Financial Statement or Financial Certificate  (Applicants are required to provide proof of regular financial resources of at least $3,500 USD,which has been held by a financial institution for a minimum of six months, or proof of deposits exceeding $3,500 USD within the last three months, as specified by overseas units. Students with support from funding agencies must provide proof of scholarship)

8. Certificate of Chinese Language Proficiency Exam (Students are required to provide a TOCFL A2 Certificate)

9. 1 Colored ID Photo (Size: 3cm x 4cm)

10. Declaration of Non-Household Registration for CTUST International Students (Download, sign and upload it to the system)

11. Checklist for Application (Download, sign and upload it to the system)

12. Chinese or English Recommendation Letter 

13. Medical Examination Report (The medical examination report should include HIV test Report and Measles and Rubella (German measles) antibody-positive report or certification for prophylaxis inoculation (preventive inoculation).Students must provide Medical Examination Report when they enroll the school）
