除國際專修部、新南向國際產學合作專班及招生法令另有規定之班別外，應依授課語言明定入學語言能力門檻；需具有華語文能力者，其華語文能力測驗（TOCFL）應達A2（含）級以上，需具有英語文能力者，其英語文能力測驗應達CEFR B1（含）級以上」，始得申請。
With the exception of the International Foundation Program and the New Southbound Industry Academia Collaboration Program, the language proficiency threshold of foreign students for admission should be clearly determined according to the language of instruction; those who need to have Chinese language proficiency, their Chinese Language Proficiency Test (TOCFL) must reach A2  level or above, and those who need to have English language proficiency, their English proficiency test must reach (CEFR) B1 level or above.
