財力證明書   Financial statement or financial certificate
1. 由金融機構開立至少六個月經常性財力證明3,500美金，或由駐外機構另行規範大於3,500美金之三個月存款證明。
A proof of financial capability issued by a financial institution, demonstrating at least 6 months of consistent financial strength amounting to 3,500 US dollars or more,  or alternatively, a proof of financial capability recognized by the ROC embassy, consulate office, or Taipei Economic & Cultural Office, demonstrating at least 3 months of consistent financial strength amounting of more than 3,500 US dollars .
2. 限提供本人或三等親(父母、祖父母、兄弟姊妹)出具財力證明、匯款證明、獎學金證明；非本人之財力須另繳附親屬關係證明。
Proof of financial resources, remittance certificate, and scholarship certificate are only provided by the applicant or his/her third-degree relatives (such as, parents, grandparents, sisters or brothers); proof of kinship is required for non-personal financial resources.
3. 政府、大專校院或民間機構提供全額獎學金證明，並須載明受獎期限及額度。
Proof of full scholarships provided by the government, universities, or private institutions must be presented, specifying the duration and amount of the award.
