一、錄取規定 Admission Regulations
(一) 由各系所辦理初審，初審成績提送招生委員會進行複審並決定錄取名單。招生委員會會議紀錄經校長核定通過後，錄取結果公告於本校網頁。7月下旬由本校教務處出具錄取通知書通知學生註冊入學。
Each department will conduct a preliminary examination, and the results of the preliminary examination will be submitted to the Admissions Committee for re-examination and decision on the list of admitted students. After the minutes of the Admissions Committee meeting have been approved by the President, the results of the admissions will be posted on the school’s website, and students will be notified of their enrollment after mid-July by the Registrar's Office with a letter of acceptance.
(二) 各學系招生名額得不足額錄取，遇有缺額時，其缺額得於放榜前提經招生委員會通過後於各系所間互為流用。
In the event of a shortage of admission quotas in each department, the vacancies may be exchanged among departments after the approval of the Admission Committee before the release of the admission list.

二、錄取公告及通知 Admission Result Announcement
(一) 錄取名單預定於2025 年 6 月30 日在本校首頁最新公告https://www.ctust.edu.tw/、招生及國際合作處網頁https://oaic.ctust.edu.tw/p/412-1015-4900.php?Lang=en公告。
The admission list will be announced on June 30, 2025 and will be available on the following websites: https://www.ctust.edu.tw/ and https://oaic.ctust.edu.tw/p/412-1015-4900.php?Lang=en .
(二) 錄取通知：網路公告錄取名單，錄取生採線上報到。
Admission Notice: The admission list is announced online, and admitted students can register online.
請上網下載並列印「就讀報到回函」。 親自簽字，彩色掃描，並在截止日期前上傳。 Please go online to download and print the “Registration Confirmation Form” Sign it personally, scan it in color, and upload it before the deadline.
(三) 本校教務處將於2025 年7 月18 日以專函寄發錄取通知，如於2025 年8 月15日尚未收到， 請跟本校招生及國際合作處國際專修部聯絡（電話： +886-4-22391647#8823 ， E-Mail ：107661@ctust.edu.tw）
Admission letters will be mailed to the admitted students individually by July 18, 2025. If admitted students have not received admission letters by August 15, 2025. Please contact us. (Tel: +886-4-22391647 ext.8823；e-mail：107661@ctust.edu.tw)
※郵寄地址請確實填寫，如因資料有誤，以致錯失報到期限，申請者須負完全責任。
Please provide the actual mailing address for sending the admission notice. The applicant who misses registration deadline due to an incorrect mailing address provided shall assume full responsibility.
(四)入學許可並不保證簽證取得，簽證須由我國駐外館處核給。
The acceptance letter or admission notice does not guarantee that a visa will be issued.
Visas are approved and issued by the Taiwanese overseas embassy or consulate.

三、申訴管道 Appeals
考生如對複查結果、本項招生其他試務工作有異議或有違反性別平等原則之疑慮，應於錄取名單公告後30 日內以書面敘明具體事由並檢具佐證資料向本校招生處提出，由本校依相關規定處理；未具名之申訴案件不予處理（申訴書格式詳見附錄8）。
Any complaints regarding admission procedures or gender equality guidelines must be clearly written and submitted to the Office of Admissions & International Cooperation within 30 days after the announcement of admission list. Anonymous complaints will not be considered. (Find Appeal Form in Appendex 8.)
