• 是的! 須先找到有公司聘請您，再幫您提出工作證的申請，所以並不是只要符合70點就可以自行申請工作證，然後再來找工作，這樣是不行的唷！

Yes! You must first secure a job with a company willing to hire you, and they will then apply for the work permit on your behalf. Simply meeting the 70-point requirement does not mean you can apply for the work permit on your own and look for a job afterward. That is not allowed!

• 工作證必須要以公司的名義來向勞動部申請（若是公司準備好資料，再請你親自送件，這樣也是可以的）。

The work permit must be applied for under the company’s name through the Ministry of Labor. If the company has prepared the necessary documents, you may also submit the application yourself.
