• 僑外畢業生要申請工作證，有兩種申請規定：

There are two ways for overseas Chinese and international graduates to apply for a work permit :

• 基本上就是比照外籍專業人士在台工作的標準，你需要符合像是大學畢業後需具2年以上工作經驗，或具碩士以上學位，而外國人之受聘僱月平均薪資須達新台幣4萬7,971元。

 This follows the same standards as foreign professionals working in Taiwan. You must have at least two years of work experience after obtaining a bachelor's degree or hold a master's degree. The minimum average monthly salary requirement for foreign employees is NT$47,971.

• 所謂的評點制，就是行政院在2014年7月1號開始，只要你是在台灣公立或經立案的私立大專以上的院校畢業的外籍生、僑生或其他華裔學生，都可以使用評點制申請。

The Points-Based Work Permit System was introduced by the Executive Yuan on July 1, 2014. This system allows foreign students, overseas Chinese students, or other ethnic Chinese students who graduated from a public or registered private university or college in Taiwan to apply.

• 評點制只要你累積70點的分數，就可以符合申請資格，但另一個關鍵因素，就是公司也需要達標才能聘請外籍人士。

Under the Points-Based Work Permit System, you must accumulate a total of 70 points to be eligible to apply. However, another key requirement is that the hiring company must also meet the necessary criteria to employ foreign nationals.

工作許可申請

取得工作後應備妥相關文件至勞動部網站「外國專業人員工作許可申辦網」 提出線上申辦，但有正當理由，經勞動部同意者，不在此限。
