Central Taiwan University of Science and Technology Chinese Language Classroom Management Regulations
Approved by the Office of Admissions and International Cooperation Affairs Meeting on August 25, 2025

Article 1: To properly manage and promote the effective use and maintenance of the Chinese language classrooms at this university, the "National Chung Tai University of Science and Technology Chinese Language Classroom Management Regulations," hereinafter referred to as these Regulations, have been specifically formulated.

Article 2: The Chinese language classrooms include control desks, computers, and peripheral hardware (computer software, network equipment, etc.).

Article 3: The borrowing and equipment maintenance of the Chinese language classrooms are managed by the Chinese Language Center (hereinafter referred to as "the Center").

Bborrowers are as follows:

I. Full-time and part-time teachers of this university.
II. Administrative or teaching units of this university holding activities.

Article 4: Classroom Borrowing Rules:

I. To borrow this classroom, please fill out a reservation form at the Chinese Language Center. After approval by the Center, the borrowing procedure will be automatically added to the calendar and completed, without further notice.

II. All equipment, wiring, and settings within the Chinese language classroom are prohibited from being altered, dismantled, or removed without authorization. If any abnormal conditions are found during use, the Center should be immediately notified for handling.

III. Before use, please confirm the completeness of computer and other teaching equipment. When using, please operate the instruments according to instructions.

IV. After use, the environment must be confirmed clean, air conditioning, equipment power, and doors and windows must be turned off. The return procedure is completed only after the Center's personnel have checked and confirmed the accurate quantity of equipment.

V. If due to human negligence, the equipment in the classroom is damaged or lost, the borrower(s) (unit) shall be responsible for compensation or repair.

VI. Carrying food and beverages into this classroom is prohibited. Borrowers (units) must cherish the equipment and maintain a clean environment.

Article 5: Those who violate these regulations shall not be allowed to apply to borrow this classroom again during that semester.

Article 6: These regulations shall be announced and implemented after being approved by the Office of Admissions and International Cooperation Affairs Meeting, and the same shall apply to any amendments.
