報到事項：請依規定期限，至下列網址登錄是否願意入學就讀。

Check-In Instructions：Please indicate your willingness to enroll by the specified deadline through the following website.

(一) 報到時間：114年8月7日（星期四）起至114年8月12日（星期二）17時止。

Check-in period: From Thursday, August 7, 2025, to Tuesday, August 12, 2025, until 5:00 PM.

(二) 線上報到網址：https://forms.gle/9erUSWczSZ7aCGyF6，並將報到同意書上傳。

Please complete the online check-in at the following URL: https://forms.gle/9erUSWczSZ7aCGyF6, and upload your signed registration consent form.

(三) 逾期未報到或報考資格不符者，取銷其入學資格。

Admission will be revoked if the check-in is not completed by the deadline or if the applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria.
