說       明 Description：

一、報到 Report：

（一）正取生接到錄取通知後，請於 113 年 9 月 19 日至教務處註冊課務組辦理報到，報到應繳交文件如下：

After receiving the admission notice, new students should go to the Office of Academic Affairs to complete the registration procedure on September 19^th, 2024. The documents required for registration are as follows:

1. 學歷證明文件及成績單 Academic credentials：

經我國駐外機構、行政院設立或指定之機構或委託之民間團體驗證之外國學校最高學歷畢業證書或同等學力證明文件及歷年成績單(中、英文以外之語文，應附中文或英文譯本)。

The highest-level diploma and transcript issued by an overseas academic institution. These documents must be authenticated by the ROC embassy, consulate, representative office, or an agency authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (hereinafter referred to as “Taiwan’s overseas agencies”), or verified by institutes established or appointed by, or through a private agency commissioned by, the Executive Yuan. (A copy of the translation in Chinese or English is necessary if the original diploma and transcript are in a language other than Chinese or English.)

1. 1. 大陸地區學歷：應依大陸地區學歷採認辦法規定辦理。

Academic credentials from Mainland China: The Regulations Governing the Accreditation of Schools in Mainland China shall apply.

1. 2. 香港或澳門學歷：應依香港澳門學歷檢覈及採認辦法規定辦理。

Academic credentials from Hong Kong or Macao: Academic credentials from Hong Kong or Macao: Academic Credential Verification and Accreditation Methods adopted in Hong Kong and Macao shall apply.

1. 3. 其他地區學歷：Academic credentials from other areas
      1. 海外臺灣學校及大陸地區臺商學校之學歷同我國同級學校學歷。

Academic credentials earned at overseas Taiwanese schools or Taiwanese schools in Mainland China shall be regarded as the same as those at domestic schools with equivalent levels.

1. 1. 2. 大陸、港、澳地區以外之國外地區學歷，均依大學辦理國外學歷採認辦法規定辦理。但設校或分校於大陸地區之外國學校學歷，應經大陸地區法規定辦理。但設校或分校於大陸地區之外國學校學歷，應經大陸地區公證處公證，並經行政院設立或指定之機構或委託之民間團體驗證。

Academic credentials from foreign schools not in Hong Kong, Macao, or Mainland China shall be subject to the Regulations Regarding the Assessment and Recognition of Foreign Academic Credentials for Institutions of Higher Education. However, academic credentials earned from institutes or branches established in Mainland China by foreign schools shall acquire public notarization in Mainland China and be verified and examined by an institute established or appointed by, or through a private agency commissioned by, the Executive Yuan.

2. 國籍地身份證 Verification of Nationality
3. 有效護照 Valid Passport
4. 中文能力證明：華語測驗 (TOCFL ) Band A 基礎級 (A2 )以上或其他證明(申請人母語為中文者免附)。Certificate of Chinese Proficiency: TOCFL Level (A2) or other relevant certificates. (Native Chinese speakers are exempt from this stipulation.)
5. 健康檢查證明文件 Proof of health check-up
6. 照片電子檔 Photo (in digitized form)

（二）註冊繳費單於現場報到時提供，可於本校直接繳納新台幣現金（學雜費與住宿費請參考附件）。

            The tuition fees payment slip will be provided when you register at the Office of Academic Affairs, and you can pay Taiwan New Dollars (TWD) in cash directly to the school (please refer to the attachment for tuition, miscellaneous fees and accommodation fees lists.)

（三）取得入學許可後，於辦理報到時，須繳交經我國駐外館處、行政院設立或指定之機構或委託之民間團體驗證之畢業證書(正本)及成績單(正本)，始得註冊入學。若未能如期繳交者，將取消其錄取資格。

At the time of registration, students must provide the original academic degree and transcript verified by a Taiwan overseas representative office, or verified by an institute established or appointed by, or through a private agency commissioned by the Executive Yuan. If the related certificates cannot be submitted on time, the admissions offer will be revoked.

（四）報名所填之各項資料及繳交證明文件，若與事實不符者，則取消其錄取及入學資格；入學後始被發現者，則依本校學則開除其學籍，亦不發給任何學歷證明；如將來在本校畢業後始發現者，除勒令繳銷其學位證書外，並公告取消其畢業資格。

All the submitted application documents should be accurate and valid. Should any of the above documents be found to be false or altered, the applicant shall be expelled and the diploma revoked if he or she graduates.

（五）正取生收到錄取通知後，如欲放棄入學資格者，應於 113 年 8 月 28 日前，填具「錄取考生放棄錄取資格聲明書」，聲明放棄錄取資格，以書面傳真方式或掃描電子檔發電子郵件回覆。

If you want to give up your admission qualifications after receiving admission notice, you shall fill out the “Affidavit of Withdrawal from Study” form and mail or fax it back to the school before August 28^th, 2024.
